An eco-friendly product – well suited to farms, poultry houses and food premises: quiet, natural microclimate and safety.
Cellulose “breathes” and doesn’t accumulate moisture, so in damp seaside air it never turns into an “ice” crust. No vapour barrier is needed.
Cellulose insulation has long been used in the USA, Canada and Europe. It insulates objects of any size quickly – from a chicken coop to a factory workshop – and speeds up the payback of your investment in the facility.
Significant savings on large areas
Object handed over on short notice: up to 500 kg of insulation per hour
Low material consumption: 30–70 kg per 1 cu. m
99.9% hollows fill – seamless thermal insulation
One of the lowest heat conductivity values among insulation materials
Soundproofing: up to 60 dB with a 10 cm layer
Protects against fungus, insects and rodents
Non-flammable. G2 (UKR) refractoriness class
Ecoheater is a cellulose insulation manufacturer from Mykolaiv. The least hassle comes with facilities that have a roomy attic or ceiling void: dry installation by blowing, no wet work and no finishing.
Large attics and ceilings are the easiest case: dry blowing at up to 500 kg per hour, with no wet work and no waiting for it to dry. The facility can be handed over quickly.
We insulate the ceilings and roofs above production so the heat spent on warming large areas doesn’t escape through the roof. The floor – if needed.
In rooms with high humidity it matters that cellulose “breathes” and doesn’t accumulate moisture, and that boric acid and borax protect the insulation from fungus, insects and rodents.
• dry blowing onto the attic floor and into roof cavities
• large flat surfaces: no wet work and no waiting for it to dry
• the heat spent on warming big areas doesn’t escape through the roof
• 2 ways: insufflation into cavities or spreading over the surface
• worthwhile where people work: workshops, shops
• only where there are cavities (frame and double-skin structures): dry blowing
• we don’t insulate solid brick, concrete or stone walls with eco-wool
Enter the area of the ceiling or roof to get the approximate amount of material. If you need help, call us on the phone or order a callback in the form at the top of the page.
Waste paper is split into cellulose (81%) and mixed with boric acid (12%) and borax (7%). Boric acid is a flame retardant and antiseptic; borax is an antiseptic and insecticide: protection against fungus, insects and the spread of fire.
Our staff will insulate a warehouse, workshop, farm or other facility quickly and economically. Browse our portfolio. If you have blowing equipment you can insulate it yourself.
