up to 500 kg/h
output of our blowing equipment
The plant and office are in Mykolaiv, and our crew blows in eco-wool at up to 500 kg an hour.

we make the eco-wool in Mykolaiv
of insulation per 1 cu. m of structure
levels of quality control of manufacturing and insulation
An eco-friendly composition: suited to farms, poultry and food premises, where clean air and a calm microclimate count.
Cellulose “breathes”: moisture doesn’t stay in the layer, so by a river and an estuary no vapour barrier is needed and no ice forms in the insulation.
Cellulose has long been used in the USA, Canada and Europe. One material for a chicken coop and a factory workshop alike, and quick installation shortens the payback period of your investment.
Savings grow along with the size of the facility
Fast handover: our equipment blows up to 500 kg an hour
30–70 kg of material per cubic metre of structure
A continuous layer: hollows are filled to 99.9%
The heat conductivity of eco-wool is among the lowest of insulation materials
Dampens noise: up to 60 dB with a 10 cm layer
Fungus, insects and rodents can’t settle in
Hardly flammable, G2 (UKR) refractoriness class
Ecoheater makes cellulose insulation in Mykolaiv, so you deal directly with the manufacturer. The simplest jobs have a roomy attic or a void under the roof: the material is blown in dry, with no wet processes and no finishing.
A roomy attic or ceiling above a warehouse is the ideal job for dry blowing: up to 500 kg an hour, no drying, and the finished facility can be handed over quickly.
The heat spent on warming a spacious workshop no longer escapes through the roof – a layer of eco-wool above the production area holds it. We insulate the floor if the premises call for it.
Where humidity is high, “breathing” cellulose matters, and boric acid and borax additionally protect the insulation from fungus, insects and rodents. Poultry houses get quieter too, so the hens lay in peace.
• dry blowing onto the attic floor and into roof cavities
• wide flat areas: installation uses no water, so there is nothing to dry
• heat from your heating stays inside for longer
• 2 ways: blowing into cavities or spreading over the surface
• worthwhile where people work all day: workshops, shops
• only frame and double-skin walls that have a cavity: dry blowing
• monolithic, brick and stone walls without cavities are not insulated with eco-wool
The ceiling or roof area gives the approximate amount of material. For an exact figure call the numbers on the site or leave a request in the form at the top.
Cellulose (81%), boric acid (12%) and borax (7%). The acid works as a flame retardant and antiseptic, the borax as an antiseptic and insecticide: the insulation holds back fungus, insects and the spread of fire.
The crew sets out from Mykolaiv with its own equipment. See examples in the portfolio. Got blowing equipment of your own, or want to save money? Buy the eco-wool and install it yourself – the material is eco-friendly and non-toxic.
